It's Monday, which means another episode of Sam Pancake Presents
the Monday Afternoon Movie. This week, Sam sits down with actor and
writer Pip Lilly to dissect Billy: Portrait of
a Street Kid, the 1977 film starring T.K. Carter, Ossie Davis, and
national treasure LeVar Burton.
Young Billy comes from the rougher side of town. Can he take
advantage of an opportunity to work as a veterinary assistant to
help change his outlook on life? Follow along with Sam and Pip to
find out. Part 1 of 2.
